One physical machine that was a host to multiple virtual machines had crashed due to CPU failure and caused platform-wide issues.
Virtual machines were restored on a secondary node and everything is fully operational again.
Service was disrupted for about 20 minutes, and affected frontend websites (login) and admin panel (but other services might also have been affected).
