Database can't handle the load of newly released feature and it's affecting all the sites load times. We're working on disabling the change.
EDIT: feature is disabled until proper solution is found
There's a network issue at our ISP (cable change is under suspicion). Sysadmins are investigating.
EDIT: At roughly 11:00 UTC on Sunday issues have been resolved.
